- What's the close rate on your appointments? The close rate varies widely between 30 - 80%. Our average close rate is slightly above 50%. This varies based on your area and your sales ability.
- Can I cancel anytime? Yes. We work on a pay per estimate basis.
- Do your sales people know what they're talking about? We refund you if the customer is not qualified properly by our team. All of our callers are US-Based with American accents and talk exclusively about trees. We understand unethical tree care practices like tree topping and even know how to discuss area-specific requirements like heritage trees.
- How much do you charge for each scheduled estimate? You only pay for homeowners you meet and bid. We charge between $150 - $170 for each bid you give a homeowner.
- What's your refund policy? If you send us a screenshot of the homeowner cancelling your appointment, we provide a full refund which arrives at your original payment method after 3 - 4 business days. Any leads that are smaller than <$1,000 are given to you for free - those are never billed at all.
